Crazy Frog doesn't work on units directly — the replacement decision is what we do. If the visit shows a repair is the smarter move for your house, we'll tell you straight and help you find the right person for it. Yes — and it's a big part of what the visit is for. We look at the system you have, the ductwork, and what you actually want out of it, then write up the options that genuinely fit your house. If you have a brand or a model in mind, tell us when we call and we'll work it into what we bring you.
