Who we are

Crazy Frog Air is the trading name of Crazy Frog LLC, an Idaho limited liability company registered to do business in Texas. We sell replacement heating and air conditioning systems to homeowners in Dallas–Fort Worth. Installation is performed by Advanced Comfort Solutions Htg & Clg LLC, Texas HVAC license TACLA00115770E. These terms cover the Crazy Frog Air website, our phone line, our chat, our text messages and the forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. “We” and “us” mean Crazy Frog LLC.

What this site is for

It explains what we do and lets you ask for a free home visit. Asking for a visit costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A price on this site, in an advert, or from our phone or chat assistant is general information, not an offer. The price for your home comes from the visit, and any purchase is covered by the agreement you sign then, not by these terms.

Our automated assistants

Our phone line and our chat are answered by automated assistants first, so a person can call you back with what you asked for. They can get things wrong. Nothing an assistant says is a quote, a promise or a diagnosis of your system. Calls are recorded and transcribed; if you would rather not be recorded, say so and ask for a person.

Text messages

Program. Crazy Frog Air visit and enquiry texts, sent by Crazy Frog LLC.

How you join. By ticking the box that agrees to texts on our website form or on one of our Facebook or Instagram forms. The box is never ticked for you. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase, visit or call back.

What we send. Messages about your own enquiry: confirming or moving your home visit, reminders before it, and replies to questions you ask. No marketing texts.

How often. Message frequency varies with your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, then nothing more. Reply START to rejoin.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call .

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number and your consent to texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our privacy policy.

Using the site

Give us true contact details, and only your own or ones you have permission to use. Do not use the forms, chat or phone line to send spam, to test systems, or to impersonate someone. We can ignore or delete enquiries that do.

Financing

Financing is offered by a lender through the Tetra platform, not by us. If you apply, the lender’s own terms and privacy policy govern that application and any credit decision.

What we are responsible for

We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site, its assistants or its information. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Texas or federal consumer law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. If a change affects text messages you have agreed to, we will tell you by text before it applies.
