Financing · Dallas–Fort Worth
How paying for a new system works.
Three ways to pay, and every one arrives as a written offer with the full cost on it.
The options
Cash, loan, or lease.
Cash is exactly what it sounds like: one written price, no lender involved. The two financed paths below are available on approved credit.
One flat monthly payment, upkeep included
The Comfort Plan lease through Palmetto. You pay a predictable monthly amount; Palmetto owns the equipment during the lease and stands behind it.
- Maintenance and repairs are included for the length of the plan
- If something breaks, it gets fixed under the plan, not billed as a surprise
- At the end of the term: renew, buy the system, or have it removed
Own the system from day one
A fixed-payment loan through Sunlight Financial. The equipment is yours from the first day, like any home improvement loan.
- You own the equipment outright, from day one
- A fixed payment for the life of the loan
- No end-of-term decisions to make
The paperwork promise
Every option arrives with its whole cost.
Whatever direction you're leaning, the written offer shows the same things: the cash price, and for a financed path the monthly amount, how long you'd pay it, and the total you'd pay over time. A monthly number without its total isn't an offer, it's an ad.
Straight answers
What homeowners ask about paying.
Who owns the equipment on the lease?
Palmetto does, for the length of the lease. That's the trade: you don't own it during the term, and in exchange the maintenance and repair risk sits with them, not you. At the end you can renew, buy the system, or have it removed.
What happens if something breaks during a lease?
Repairs and maintenance are part of the plan. You don't get a surprise repair bill for covered equipment.
Can I just pay cash?
Yes. Plenty of homeowners do. You'll get one written price with nothing hiding in it, and no lender is involved at all.
When do I see actual numbers?
After the free home visit, in your written options. Payment amounts depend on the system your house actually needs and on credit approval, so any number published before that would be a guess dressed up as a price.
Does asking about financing ding my credit?
Talking to us doesn't touch your credit. Credit comes into play only when you apply with a lender, and how that works is explained before you apply.
The visit comes first. The numbers follow.
Tell us what's going on with the system. The payment conversation happens once there's a real system to price.
The Comfort Plan lease is owned and financed by Palmetto. Loans are provided by Sunlight Financial. Both are subject to credit approval, and availability, terms, pricing, and end-of-term options vary by situation and final system design. Crazy Frog Air arranges the replacement conversation; installation is performed by Advanced Comfort Solutions Htg & Clg LLC, Texas HVAC license TACLA00115770E. Exact costs, payment amounts, and terms are provided in writing before any agreement is signed.
